What is Resilience in a Business Setting?

Now more than ever, organisations have become more aware of the need to be business resilient. Having a resilient business means being able to bounce back from adverse circumstances and situations. How will your business fare if impacted by a loss of your critical services?

Can a plumber perform their job without their tools – their truck & their instruments? Likewise, how long can your organisation continue to deliver its primary business without your critical services in place?

Being business resilient doesn’t mean things won’t go wrong. Being business resilient means when things do go wrong, you can restore, recover & continue to provide your services to ensure that your business isn’t negatively impacted.
